The fact that George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and Tony Blair still have not had to answer for their war crimes to the International Criminal Court in the Hague is a scandal. Their war of aggression not only threw a whole region into chaos, but also encouraged the Putins, Erdogans and Prince Salmans of this world to feel free to invade neighbouring countries, simply because they can.
